This place has spacious rooms with a nice bathtub, delicious food with lots of options, a family-friendly atmosphere, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was very kind and excellent, the accommodation was simple and fairly clean. The rooms were absolutely perfect and beautiful with bath tub, the breakfast was above average. The location was particularly good for me, to the Warner park. It was also near to train station for Madrid center, the far outskirts, and Madrid center. You guys made my stay such great.

The service was HELPFUL with parking on site.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was delicious. - the hotel is conveniently located near the train station for traveling to Madrid center, the outskirts, and the airport. - the twin room had a laptop-size safe, central heating, and an iron. - the bathroom had a bath for relaxation.

Since its the express hotel with Holiday Inn quality, so it feels like we are at home.

We check in at 11pm, and we were surprised the room is not been cleaned. The reception change the room until 3 times, but it all not been cleaned yet. So while we were waiting the room being cleaned, the reception offer the apology with free drinks and free internet for 24 hours. Even though we were very disappointed, but we really appreciated how the reception try to make it up.

I had a great time here, everything was super nice. the rooms were basic but the staff was amazing. 🌟 the breakfast was better than expected and looked really good.

The room was well arranged and the beds were very very comfortable and wide enough. I also did enjoyed the breakfast. infact, i have never eaten a croisant as delicious and what i had at the hotel. I am already planning to go back soon.

Had to find a hotel half way between Barcelona and Sevilla as the ash cloud curtailed my flight plans. Holiday inn Express was the ideal choice. Love the chain, you know what you are getting which is a clean and comfortable room at the right price. This particular hotel had only been opened for 7 days so was spotless, and it was nioce to sleep in a room where no-one else clearly had

As the hotel was new nobody knew where it was...including my GPS...a few choice signs around the area would be good. The location is in an industrial/shopping zone with nothing in the way of restaurants, but I could live with that

The room was quiet and had useful amenities like an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. the hotel is conveniently located near the motorway, the train station for Madrid center, and Warner Park. - It is situated in a very quiet area.

This hotel is suited for families. A close drive or medium walk to the train station and you're in Central Madrid. A short drive or taxi ride and you're in Parque Warner. The city of Leganes was a nice retreat for dinners, lunches, etc, and exposed our children to everyday Spanish culture. Use this hotel as a base and launching pad for all area adventures as its a great value for the money. I would stay again.

Breakfast was lacking severely. Room cleaning service did not finish until very late in the day 6-7 o'clock.

staff was very helpful, rooms are comfortable, self-service breakfast adequate and the location (near to Warner Bros Park) excellent for the family. A quiet and comfortable place for a reasonable price.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, making for a great experience day and night, and the room had a nice bathtub.

Is very nice to stay and leave fast the city if you travel by car.

Hotel close to warner Bros facilities. A lot of confusion because of that.
